1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Hyber mobile application or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Hyber connects customers with independent home service professionals. Hyber Home Services operates the platform but does not itself perform the on-site services unless expressly stated. Service quality, timing, and outcomes may vary by provider.

3. Accounts & OTP Login

You must provide a valid mobile number and complete OTP verification to create or access an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.

4. Bookings & Payments

When you place a booking, you agree to provide accurate contact and address details. Pricing, taxes, and cancellation rules shown at checkout apply to your order. Refunds or rescheduling follow our booking policies and applicable law.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the app, harass providers, or submit false bookings.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, or data.
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hyber Home Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or third-party services. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant booking in the preceding three months, where applicable.

7. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms or suspend access for violations. You may stop using Hyber at any time and may request account deletion from Settings or our account deletion page.
