Request account deletion

Hyber Home Services

You can request deletion of your Hyber app account and associated personal data at any time. We will process your request within a reasonable period, subject to legal or fraud-prevention retention where applicable.

Option 1 — Email

Send an email to our grievance officer with the subject line below so we can identify your account.

Option 2 — In the app (API)

In the Hyber customer app or Hyber Partner app, open Settings, choose Delete account, then Delete in app. Your account is removed on our servers when the request succeeds. If the server is unavailable, use Option 1 or open this page in a browser.
